Company EKO PLAM d.o.o., Novo Selo Lasinjsko 55a, 47206 Lasinja – Croatia (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “EKO PLAM”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from users of our website, located at our main company site www.ekoplam.hr and our branded service sites www.house.hr, my.house.hr and iot.house.hr including Google Home Assistant service branded as my.house control (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” or „Sites“) and the services made available through the Site or Google Home Assistant service branded as my.house control (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes EKO PLAM's practices with respect to Personal Information that we collect when you use the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the use of your Personal Data that is collected by third parties that EKO PLAM does not own or control or that do not support EKO PLAM in providing the Services.

When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.

Company is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
